Useful Tips :
1. Magsagawa po tayo ng skin test bago gamitin ang sabon. The soap is generally safe, but since hindi po tayo pare pareho ng balat, it may or may not irritate your skin.
2. Use the soap religiously. Tuloy tuloy po ang paggamit ng soap. Hindi po makukuha sa isang bar na soap ay maputi na po agad. Una po ay mageeven muna ang skintone natin.
3. I strongly suggest the use of loofah as a body scrub (loofah is a very good skin exfoliator). Tried and tested po yan. Super kinis at madulas po ang skin kapag gumamit kayo ng loofah.
4. Lather the soap and leave it on your skin for 3-5 mins sa body. Sa face naman, kung ultra sensitive ang skin, banlawan agad otherwise leave it for a couple of minutes.
5. Banlawang mabuti. Do not leave any residue as it may cause dryness or irritation.
6. Practice SAP ( sun avoidance and protection). Wala pong gustong pumuti ang nagbababad sa sikat ng araw. Gumamit ng sunblock kung hindi maiwasan. Iwasan ang direct exposure sa sunlight.
7. Gumamit ng moisturizer lalo na kung paiba iba ang panahon as this may cause dryness ng skin.
